For those that have used, Spaz Stix Ultimate Plastic Surface Pre-Prep, is this a primer, of some type?

I've read they are enamels mostly, but seem to be "hotter" than most enamels I've used, more towards a lacquer. (smell test)

Thanks.

According to the SDS, it's isopropyl alcohol (70-80%) with propane and N-butane.

I'd imagine you could prep your plastic just as well with regular iso alcohol at 1/10 the price (and I often do). But hey that's just me, I'm cheap.
