I was forunate enough to get the opportunity to build this one for Lindberg to display at the iHobby Expo in Chicago this year. I had a ton of fun building it. It's based on the same kits as the Raminator/Rammunition. I will say it's the best thing out of an American kit manufacturer in a long time that I've built. Very few issues (mostly the decals). The entire chassis/frame went together wonderfully. With a bit of finessing/aligning required, the roll cage halves/frame went together and fit very well without major issue. The potential for a full wire/detail etc. on this kit is there as well. The one major complaint is the sink-marks in the headers and a couple engine parts that required a bit of putty & sanding. Oh, if you don't have a Flexifile yet, you'll need one for the roll cage. B)

Wow, awesome detail. I have a few monster truck kits, no linberg though, sadly. I am patiently waiting on getting my hands on any/all of the Lindberg monster trucks. And thanks for the reply on the S10 Mike.

Mike,

Nice job, I agree they are excellent kits. James Tester and I co-built the Raminator Rammintion Display models for last years iHobby Expo. I also got to build an early test shot before even the instructions were finished. I was lucky enough to have copies of their research photos taken at the Hall Bros. shop which came in very handy.

Here's a link to more Raminator / Rammunition build photos if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the info and extra shots Steve. I got one of each of the Rammunition and Raminator as well. I will certainly say that I had WAY more fun with this kit than I anticipated. The only time-consuming part was sanding the roll cage. And that wasn't that bad at all. If their new issues build as well as this one did, look out Revell. Tamiya may even get a run for its money.
