Hi, were these wheel covers ever available in scale?

Closest you'll get from a kit is the Revell COPO Nova or Camaro.

There is a guy on Shapeways that makes those hubcaps.Look up Ra-Sti´s Scale Accessories.They are a little pricey.He has them listed as 66 Chevy hubcaps.
