djway3474
Built the kit with parts box rear tires and wheels and headers and intake scoop and front tires. Tamiya clear red with urethane clear and Slixx decals. The only real bad thing about the kit is that the tabs onto the windows went way up so you can see them clearly after assembly and there was no way to get rid of the marks. Also the flip nose does not reach all the way to the body. All the "glass" here is flat, no curves. Would have been super easy to make new glass out of clear sheet acetate. That way you wouldn't have the tab marks in the kit glass. Geezerman
Wow, that looks great. Nice work ! I built one of those a couple of years or so ago and didn't like it. Dug it out recently and completely reworked it. I'll post it. Look for "Chikin Koop"

Don
djway, nice job on the KS Willys. I am a VERY long time fan of Ohio George, and I am sure that kit is from the Hemi Ford kit for Ohio George. I built that kit back in the day. But I would love to have a 33 Willys kit with his small block supercharged Chevy. I watched him beat KS, SW&C and everyone else with that car. Loved the drama of that small bock beating the big Hemi cars. Was there ever a chevy powered kit?

Nope...but Ross Gibson can solve that
