Snap Tite stick on decals

Could someone guide me on if i can spray Tamiya ts 13 clear over the self stick decals that come from the Revell 1991 Caprice kit. I have Tamiya acrylic red as a base coat. Thanks in advance.George

I think what you'll find with these and just about any other "stickers" is that the edge will just be more visible than if you left them unpainted.
