Am I correct and assuming that the Peterbilt 359 was only used as an over the road tractor only? Thank you in advance. Gary

The 359 Peterbilt was and is still used in a variety of ways like most other trucks. They were used as straight truck chassis such as dump trucks, log trucks, wreckers etc. and yes as over the road tractors.

Thank you. Then I'm not out of bounds to use that as a base for a dumper that I saw today. Time to get into my sheet and strip plastic stash. There is a 1/16 Pete that I have to build.

Looking forward to seeing it!
