Fresh from the bench 2 weeks ago. I received this in a club challenge last spring with a deadline of Dec.9th. This thing consumed 9 cans of Testors Inca gold One Coat(not quite..... and man am I glad for 40% off coupons) lacquer, one tube of 5 minute eeepoxy, most of my bench, and all my free time for the last month and a half or so. It's lowered 1/8 inch all around, I replaced the kit plastic radius rods, steering arm and linkage with aluminum tubing and attached them to the kit ends. The pinstripe decals were pieced together from the kit sheet and the kit steelies were plated by Chrome-Tech. Now I just need to figure out where I'm going to display this thing. Thanks for looking.

I like all the little details. The tiger in the tv is classic.

How much did Chrome Tech charge for the wheels ? I've got two sets I want to send them.

Thanks for the kudos guys.

Hey Al, I sent the wheels on runners with some bumpers. The runners I made were per Chrometech's instructions on their site. The wheels took up about half of the space. I think you could probably get two sets of wheels on one set of runners with some creative placement. It was under $40 when I sent mine.
