It's a combo of foil and Molotow pens. The panels on the rocker panels are foil. The rest is pen.  I am new to these as well. I am not sure if I like the look as much as foil but I struggle with foil also.  I'll keep with them on the next few builds and then decide..  I bought the 1mm, 2mm and 4mm pens.
