Highlight Model Studio VW T1 van Safari Windscreen

So, I have the Hasegawa Mooneyes VW bus, and Highlight Model Studio's Photo Etched Safari Windscreen. 

It didn't come with any instructions and I can't find any YouTube videos on them.

Anyone out there has any experience with these Windscreen PE parts?

Not sure if I'm supposed to cut out the molded Windscreen frame or not....

I'm no expert on the kit, though I am familiar with VW Busses. Comparing pics from the Highlight website and another built kit, it looks like you would leave the windscreen frame in place. On the real thing, it's only a thick rubber gasket. But you probably know that already. ?
