misterNNL Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 I found an odd scale '48 Chevy model in the lawn and garden section of a local big box store a few years ago. It is a little crude, resin cast of a really hard material, and overall not too bad. For $ 10.00 I decided to bring it home as a future project. The overall model is 12" long and it's obviously an odd scale. Some interweb searching reveals that a real '48 Aerocoupe fastback is about 197" bumper to bumper. So if I divide that 197 by 12 I get an answer of about 14. Does that mean the model is 1/14 scale? No,math never was my strong suite.
