James Flowers Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 I have the yellow version of that one. Your detail work really brought yours to life. Nice to see you back.
chris coller Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 Good to see you building again. The Mustang looks good.
lonewolf Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 Jeff, Great to see you back posting again. I always enjoy seeing what comes off your workbench. Sweet job on the Mustang.
Mike1357 Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 (edited) Very nice. The detail is just right. I was thinking about getting this kit and now you've hooked me. Just pout of curiosity, what paint did you use for you aluminum trim? Edited January 13, 2009 by Mike1357
Abell82 Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 There are many versions of this from many diffferent vendors, could you tell us who manufactured this one?
Raul_Perez Posted January 14, 2009 Posted January 14, 2009 It's amazing how a bit of polishing and some BMF can improve the look of many diecast kits. Nice work, Jeff!! Later,
Abell82 Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 I'm not exactly sure who did the tooling on this car. The packaging just basically said "hot rod magazine" if I recall correctly. It could be testors?? I'm just not sure. It's not a bad diecast kit, but it did need a little tweeking and adjusting to get it all to fit well. Thanks, I have one now, I think it is made by "Welly"
