What's the difference if any between these F50's?

I was thinking of picking up one ofe these F50's...The white boxed one. What is the difference? The black boxed one looks like a premium version. Are these the exact same kits with different boxes for re-issues? Thanks for any help.

I have the white boxed one, came out after the original red one. I I think the black boxed is just a re-issue, w/ different box art, same content.. Tamiya did that with several Ferrari kits a couple of years ago. I'm sure one of the Ferrari fanatics can answer w/ certainty, though.

This was something brought up by Ferrari as far as box art goes through Tamiya. Their is no difference between the first issue and the new black box issues.
