Stripping fluorescent paint?

I have a body that someone else painted with fluorescent orange paint that I'm trying to strip.I tried soaking it in Simple Green for 24 hours and it didn't even touch it.Any suggestions on what else I should try? Thanks

For some reason that stuff doesn't do the trick anymore. The new go to is the purple Super Clean. Widely available.

Dot 3 brake fluid (slow stripper) or mr levelling thinner (very fast stripper).

Easy Off Yellow can..spray in well vented area. soak for 8-10 hrs. under warm water with old tooth brush scrub off paint. dry & repete if needed..
