Smart-Resins Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 Well, started out with a paint bombe trike. Had to unfortunatly strip the body. So I added leather to the seat and floor, and wood to the back. Making a show rod style rear end with some pro-street tires and 5 hole mags. Adding a chevy power mill and doing a custom cable operated front wheel. Heres some beginning shots. Thanks. Jody
Smart-Resins Posted January 26, 2009 Author Posted January 26, 2009 Update on the suspension and interior. The pie case is hacked in half and I need to use styrene and veneer to close it in and box it up nice. The rear end is almost done and ready for paint! Next will be making a door for the back and drivers side! Jody
CB Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 OH WOW, Jody! way cool lookin' ride there shame you had to strip that paint job really cool looking interior--love the leather what's up with the pie case

Smart-Resins Posted January 26, 2009 Author Posted January 26, 2009 Alright, got more done today. Adding some round pieces to the bottom to clean it up, cleaned up the door opening, added a layer of styrene inside to sturdy things up, removed the motor mounts and started making new ones and extending the front some with more flare. Lots to do still, but it is shaping up quickly! Thanks. Jody
CB Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 Looks like you be havin' fun there Jody. Can't wait to see that body in primer

Smart-Resins Posted January 27, 2009 Author Posted January 27, 2009 By the way, decided on the colors, gloss black and copper trim. Both will be nail polish. Thanks. Jody
