Anyone from the Finger Lakes region in NY

There are no local clubs here, the closet on is in Rochester wich is over a hour drive for me. Last time I lived in this area there was interest in a club. Now that I am back here, wondering if there is anyone from the Finger Lakes region, near Bath/Hornell, Corning area that would like to get involved in a local club? Thanks. Jody

It's very hard to establish a 1:1 club these days Jody. With the technical innovations of the internet and so forth, it's much easier for modelers to just click on their favorite model site and have at it.

There are not very many modelers in these parts either, so don't feel bad. Without a good hobbyshop to publicize your interest in establishing a club, you're also at a distinct disadvantage. Just put the feelers out and see who might be around your location and maybe y'all can just get together for the informal occasional building session. Just a suggestion....
