I can imagine! The details are stunning! It´s always a learning process no matter how good the previous project was there´s always potential for improvement.

It´s fun to watch!

With almost no more bare plastic or primer, it’s starting to take shape. The jeep got some rework again, it was built a number of years ago. Mocking up and installing some plumbing, numerous lights, reflectors and details. weathering to finish

Man, what a Stunning Project. You are really a Master at Detailing!

What is a rigsaver?

Thanks, it been a project. A rigsaver is a gate valve type device that will when activated, prevent air from entering the engine intake air system. This prevents a engine runaway situation. Mine is mounted on the air inlet piping before entering the turbo compressor.

I've never heard of one of those before. Thank You for the answer.

With the Pete out of the way for now I’m focused on continuing with the bed truck, I decided to rebuild some prior work and trying to put a nose on it. Thanks for looking.

That’s a big truck - following your progress.  Will your truck have the fold out fifth wheel some of these trucks have?  Great work!

Great to see an update - terrific work on the truck!  Worked for a welder during summers back in high school days - got to watch some of these trucks work moving mud tanks and camp trailers on a couple occasions, while on site.  They seemed to be able to get through almost any road conditions.

Thanks, its been a project, numerous changes and always trying to figure something out. I was a swamper and eventually ran a small bed when I was a young man moving rigs.

Awesome looking truck, Lewis - tremendous amount of detail!  Are you planning similar colours to your other truck?

Thank you, yes it will be similar colors and same company theme.
