Johnny Canuck Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 (edited) Amazing stuff. Very useful. Quite the trip back in time, in so many ways. It isn't quite the standard of top professional work, but still quite good. For a photo enthusiast and follower of racing, the photographer's access to drivers, cars, pit areas and shops is incredible. You get a sense the photog was known around the racing scene. In one shot from Atlanta '72, you can partially see famous NASCAR photographer Pal Parker smiling back. Edited January 11, 2023 by Johnny Canuck
Merkur XR4Ti Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 That album is amazing, thank you so much for the link. Richard had the talent, he had the sponsorship, and he certainly had the charisma, didn't he? He knew how to play the publicity game. Those pics show it well.
Shark Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 Interesting, some of the pictures from the 1970's clearly show a wedge engine in the Roadrunner. Always thought they used hemis in the early 70's.
