Hello,

OK, I know this is not a car and I debated whether or not I should be posting this on this forum. So I decided to post it in the general section instead of Under glass. Anyways, I don't mean to distract anyone but here is my first completion of 2009:

1/200 scale Tupolev Tu-104 Soviet's first jetliner.

You can see it's progress thread here: Tu-104 project

First 2 boring pictures of it finished:

And added some spice with Photoshop

It is about the size of a 1/24 car

I had a blast building this. It is far from perfect but considering what I started with, well, it turned out good. I'm happy with it. It is good to do something totally different every once in a while.....

What do you think?

You can now return to your regularly scheduled programming, already in progress...

Thanks,

It's got wheels... close enough.

If that is what you are building, good for you. You have to mix it up a little or it gets old.

Nice work on the markings, and the back drops are cool.
