1971Hans Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 I've made an attempt on painting figures. They may be used later for a diorama. The dog is an MB figure. The lady and man are resin figures from no brand, bought for a few euro's on a model show. The lady had originally flat shoes. I cut away to give her heels and a more elegant look. Funny job but eyes and faces are quite stressful. Any tips from a specialist.?
AndersE Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Very nice! If you want tips on how to paint eyes and faces, check the military model pages and forums. Its a whole science of shades and stuff but they do it in 1/35. I haven't tried it myself yet, but I have a diorama in planing and some mechanics will be a nice addition. Another tips is to not use gloss paint on clothes, matt and shades will look more natural.
