Too bad they put FOOSE on the tailgate!  Some nice aftermarket FORD decals would go better!

Well, if I recall correctly, this model was chosen to be tooled by popular vote online, by model builders. So we can't complain now. I personally, did not vote for it, as there are 197456 variations of this Ford pick up truck made by every kit manufacturer under the sun, but I still appreciate the kit for what it is.

great color on your Foose Ford !  I'll parrot what Tom mentioned about the glass, mine clicked in so well, it was never glued. I've mis-handled that build more than any other, and the glass hasn't shifted.  An extremely fun build to break up long projects.

Doing a quick search here turned up tons of Foose builds, showing how many fall together

Thank you Jeff! Other than the 65 Impala, it's my only Foose kit. I wish I would have picked up the Firebird, and maybe the 67 Coronet, but I didn't. My glass didn't "click" in, but it did fit well. I picked up some Mod Podge just for that purpose. Going forward, I will probably use it on all my builds.

Not a Foose fan, I take it? Honestly I didn't buy the kit just for that, I like the engine that's included. Plus it is a well engineered kit. It practically falls together. I have an old Revell Ford pickup from the "Hot Rod Series" days, when they were pretty crappy. It's the one with opening doors.

Funny thing... back when the Foose series was announced there was a lot of moaning in the community!  People were upset that Revell was bringing out customs you couldn't do anything with, instead of a 1951 Hoosit  that they personally wanted to see kitted.

And interesting how many ways we have figured out how to build them!

Yeah Tom, I've seen a couple of the trucks with smooth tailgates on here. Funny thing is, I did not see any of the episodes where they built one of the vehicles that were actually kitted, so I'm unfamiliar with any body mods or interior redesigns. Foose doesn't typically do much major body reworking, from what I've seen though.
