Scratch built hearse

I am thinking about building my first scratch built model, ground up. My boss has a horse draw funeral car that he uses for his haunted house. Im going to get pix and measurments and hope to build my own. Im looking for any tips that you guys have to offer. I really need to know what you might suggest for those really big windows and what materials to use, styrene, balsa wood, Ect, anything. I've never started from scratch before.

WoW Will, that sounds COOL!!!! Ya know, it would probly be better if ya built the basic structure from Evergreen or somesuch plastic. Then, once the basic frame is done, you could cover it with real thin dollhouse veneers! Sounds like a KILLER build!
