i have a dropped front axle  and the beams need to be tweeked a little so that the tires will be vertical   can iheat resin slightly to bend them

Certainly, either use warm water, or I like a hair dryer. Just be patient and let it rest afterward. Even hit with cool air to set it. It's best to make a jig and tape it down until you have let it cool. Just think about how it will move and if it will look ok . Worst case, you can pin it back in place if it fails.

This is based on my opinion and experience, others may certainly have other options.
