I ordered and received the MPC 1982 Bronco through an online vendor a few weeks ago. I went through my customary routine and opened the kit up to inspect the contents for any major issues. Unfortunately, I discovered that the body and shell were badly warped and that the hood had a major crease running through it. Basically all 3 of the major body parts had issues. I submitted a parts request to Round 2 (including photos) on September 10th and received an acknowledgement email on September 15th. The response was "Please allow 4 to 6 weeks (or possibly longer due to a smaller workforce) to process through our parts department."   I wasn't quite sure if this meant I would even get the parts but I prepared for the long haul. Today (September 19th) the replacement parts, all in perfect condition, arrived on my porch! I couldn't be happier with Round 2's service. I would like to remind everyone to please open and inspect your newly produced kits after purchase as the window for a manufacturer to replace the parts will close before you know it.
