Tom Kren Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 Got to shoot some paint on the body the other day and this is what I ended up with. Paint is Dupli-Color Orange mist was thinking adding Charcoal met on top half But I know Lyle did a two tone one Just might leave it this way .
Lyle Willits Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 Very nice. We can display them side by side in Toledo again, but remember - I HAVE THE GREEN ONE THIS YEAR!
Dr. Cranky Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 Another beautiful model, Tom. You just keep cranking them out! Love it. Congrats.
Bobdude Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 Tom, I'm sure you could finish the '41 Chevy and start 2 more,so you could have 1 in Street Rod and the other 2 on the Primer table at NNL East.
george 53 Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 Tom, the color is perfect! It'll be fun to see you an Lyle dukein it out again this year at Toledo But, since you did win the bet, maybe you could give Lyle a little bit ova break this year and not build such a killer model this year.(or is that askin too much?) She's lookin real good so far!

Raul_Perez Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Tom, The color looks GREAT as is, but would also look good done in a two-tone with some pinstripes to separate the colors!! Or, maybe a company logo on the side panel... Simply stated, a good looking vehicle like this looks good in almost any color scheme! Thanks for sharing,
