They have the born-on date decals, although you may have to combine a couple sets to replicate the Daytona winning car (was 2004 that Jr. won, correct?) Are these it? If so, they are available at Pattos Place. They are available in multiple scales, but not 1/25. I've bought from him 1 time and was extremely pleased with his service.
