Mike 1017 Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 Does anyone make a stock a 1970 Skylark hood? I can try to sand off the GS hood scoops or cut them out and use styrene to patch the hole. Any advice would be appreciated. Mike

Mike You could do that but the front edge of the regular Skylark hood is quite different from the GS hood.
KWT Posted February 10, 2024 Posted February 10, 2024 (edited) As Steve pointed out, the leading edge is different. But if one wanted to do a more "stock-ish" look, seems like filling the hole in the flat hood would be the easier route to take. Edited February 10, 2024 by KWT
Mike 1017 Posted February 10, 2024 Author Posted February 10, 2024 Thanks for the info. guys. I saw that there is a GS hood with an oval hole. I hope I can snag one off of Wanted. Mike
