6bblbird Posted March 18, 2024 Posted March 18, 2024 I started on this one in 2017, but with all of my moving and changing jobs, I put it away for 7 years. I recently decided to go back to my unfinished projects and complete them all. Here is where I started: I wasn't satisfied with the poor fit of the "doghouse" to the windscreen (big gap) and the area above the injector was too tight, so I enlarged and reformed the "sheetmetal" engine cover.
6bblbird Posted March 18, 2024 Author Posted March 18, 2024 The windshield fit the body pretty good , but I blacked out the outer trim. 2
6bblbird Posted March 19, 2024 Author Posted March 19, 2024 I am pleased with how the chassis and engine turned out but not the kit supplied harness. Sticks out like a sore thumb! 3
