'49 Merc on my bench.

I hoped to be further along with this project by now, but it took some time collecting up the parts. Should go into paint this weekend if I am lucky.

It's a '49 Merc of course and it's sporting the '54 Ford Y block that came with the kit. As far as I can tell the Y block is the only Ford with the dist. in the rear. Since the car I am building never showed an engine this one will work out o.k.
