That's the 1973-1974 panel, sans embellishment. Practically every 1975-1976 Dart Sport had the brightwork , even the most basic trim level. 

I've said this before and I'll say it again: I wish that one of the resin casters would make not only a filler for the '75-'76 Sports , but also a 1973-1974 grille.

Me too! I’ve been wanting someone to do 73-74 Dart Sport grille/tailight panel for years.
