TopherMcGinnis
Way back in the '80s I had a '72 Chevelle that was a 66k mile one owner, 350 Malibu car when I got it. I'm building a tribute to that car. I had put gold '82 Trans AM wheels on it, these were the closest I could find. Paint is MCW lacquer. I had painted it last year, but got trash in it, and the hood didn'tfit well. Wet sanded it several months ago and resprayed it today. One step closer to getting it finished.

Really nice color, is that a kind of candy tangerine ?
TopherMcGinnis
I forgot to add the pictures of the car. These were taken in '88. I tried a set of Keystones, but didn't like them on the car.

MCW does a great job matching the original colors.

I had a 1980 black and gold trans-am and there’s NOTHING like a set of Keystone Classics on a car! ANY CAR!!! In my stash I have a 1979 Trans - am and I got a set of Jays resin Keystone Classics to relieve the dream! That’s a while down the road! I’m doing every car I've ever owned! Keep up the the awesome work modeling!
TopherMcGinnis
Keystones are killer wheels. My uncle had a '78 Silverado burgundy and white(like the picture below) with Keysrones. I LOVED that truck. I just didn't like them on my car. This is the style of wheels that came off an '82 Trans Am.
