Nick F40 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 See now I like this, everyone thinks of the newer ones when they hear of Skyline but not me, I think of the underated ones, like this one and it makes it even cooler that you have a 1:1, you rarely see them.
09WNS/14BRK Posted April 6, 2009 Author Posted April 6, 2009 thanks mate we love the R31 better then the R33, R34 & R35 are just i will be posting 1:1 pics in 1:1 Reference pictures when i can get some newer ones (when the sun comes out )
RodneyBad Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 Very Cool Car. I Love the old 4dr Skylines. Maybe I'm just getting older. What year is that Skyline? Would that possibly be like the Early Nissans in the states? Maximums? I recall (maybe) they had the straight 6 in some and RWD. Remember those days? I have a few Skyline models myself. Even the Early 2000GT (GC10?) 4dr Thanks Erik
09WNS/14BRK Posted April 7, 2009 Author Posted April 7, 2009 yeah they are a nice car year = 1990 Nissan Skyline GXE 3.0 yeah it would be the same Nissan in the states yes it has a straight 6 n is RWD some have turbo too cool i have 2 door R31 model's to do to
B_rad88 Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 See now I like this, everyone thinks of the newer ones when they hear of Skyline but not me, I think of the underated ones, like this one and it makes it even cooler that you have a 1:1, you rarely see them. where i live in florida, very little people know about the skyline period! i will talk about a skyline and they look at me like i am retarded. the skyline i fell in love with has to be the 1970 NISSAN SKYLINE 2000 GT-R HARDTOP (KPGC10) by the way, this skyline is now rare and hard to come by, ONE IN THE STATES WILL COST OVER $150,000 USD! here is some videos that caught my eye! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BU7L9OawuMI here is some pics:

FujimiLover Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 I have that Skyline in Kyosho's AutoScale collection. These bodies are superbly detailed and are 1/28 in scale. They are designed for the Kyosho Mini-Z RC cars which are alot of fun to collect, hop-up, and race. Some of us like to just simply collect the bodies. They cost around 50 buck's, sometimes over 100 for the ultra rare ones. I think this Skyline is still available on ebay and comes in blue as well. Just search for Mini-Z under toy's and hobbies, and you want to look for the seller Hobby Japan. They have the best collection of these AutoScale bodies and they ship very fast.
09WNS/14BRK Posted April 19, 2009 Author Posted April 19, 2009 woo hoo my parts and some off cuts to try to do door cards
