Spike Posted April 4, 2009 Author Posted April 4, 2009 charger chassis on top and gtx one on the bottom charger left,gtx right charger engine bay in the gtx body charger taillights,since i cant find a set of gtx lenses charger chassis fitted up to the gtx body just not sure how im gonna run the frame connectors now

Spike Posted April 4, 2009 Author Posted April 4, 2009 goin to chop off the upper control arms and add a set of chrome ones, i only got the one, so ill have to wait till i get my box from RO to do it im using the charger motor with the gtx chrome goodies cut the trunk floor/gass tank out added a piece of styrene on and the pumps will hang from below also added a keg gas tank, not sure if itll stay in that spot though n dont worry, the chrome goodies are just temporarly glued on with white glue for mockups

Mmmm. where's the 5th ave? thanks zuk the 5th ave is in my 1:1 drove it to work and was gonna take pics of the model and 1:1 but it was to f'in cold so i didnt then on the way home the 1:1 broke so it been parked in the driveway and havent touched it since, and that was on monday

Spike Posted April 6, 2009 Author Posted April 6, 2009 shaving the firewall shavin the door handels custom front plate painted the motor and tranny testors lime ice chromed the tranny pan and tryin my hand at the custom foam upolstry, still got a lil somethin ill add to this
Spike Posted April 6, 2009 Author Posted April 6, 2009 (edited) added a clover to the underside of the hood. i tried doin a potleaf but that didnt turn out so great (neither did this but its better). still gonna scribe some lines n whatnot into the foam workin on a custom dash. still gotta figure out the pattern for it. anyone got a uptown dash? i need the gauge cluster got the chrome goodies on the motor, still gotta add everything else though workin on smoothin out the chassis a bit, eliminating the e-brake cables and some of the ribs in the floor boards ect Edited April 6, 2009 by Spike
RodneyBad Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Love that Green you got going on. A little luck of the Irish, Eh? You did put frame connectors on your 1:1 car, SO you know that they go straight. Looks better that way any whoo. Nice smoothing out you have done. Not so big on the pumps under the hood tho. The engine heat might not be too good for them. In a 1:1 world tho.
Spike Posted April 8, 2009 Author Posted April 8, 2009 yup, plus the girlfriend is irish doin the frame connectors stieght is just the norm i like em at an angle like that to blend in with the front frame rails plus this will be the full radical show car anywhoo and ive seen cars with pumps under the hood before heck ive even seen a bomba with a pump in the front fender by the firewall
