Embossing Powders

I checked Amazon for the embossing powders to replenish my stock. I ran across this Sticky powder. Has anyone used this product?

I'm not sure what it is supposed to be. It seems that once applied and heated, it becomes an adhesive onto which other things can be stuck. I read some Amazon reviews and they say things like this review snippet; This stuff is so amazing! It's basically powdered glue that you use just like "regular" embossing powder but instead of a resist/color/metallic the heat turns this stuff to glue so you can add glitter, mica or foil

YouTube has How-to video on this stuff. I don't think that it is gonna work for me. I ordered just plain old embossing powder.
