What type of paint did you use?

I wonder how those decals will work with correct velocity yellow or if it needs something else....

When I bought the decals from Strada he said that closet match was Tamiya TS16 which is what I used. TS47 did not match as close as TS16. I did a paint test between the 2 and TS16 was closest. But I don't think the decals are the right yellow for Velocitiy Yellow. I know Hero piants has the correct color (or so they say) but I would have to see them side by side to know.

I was going to do the Hero paints but by the time I made the minimum orde it was over $40.

I used the Zero "Bad Boys" yellow on my builds, and the paint does "Not" match the decals. The Yellow on the decals is borderline "Fluorescent" I did not notice it until I put one on, but at that point, it was too late to do anything.
