Edsel-Dan Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 Hi all, I have access to an unbuilt sealed bag Aurora 34 For coupe kit and wonder if it is worth buying The kit is a 'Young Model Builders selection in a Mailing carton so ALL parts, etc are in one clear bag. I have looked at this kit in the shop since I first walked in. It is still there. Many thanks. Dan.
Ace-Garageguy Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 (edited) There are proportion issues, as there with almost all the '34 Ford kits ever offered. Value is what anybody is willing to pay for it on any given day. The "double" kit is quite "collectible" if it's complete in a good box, and can make a nice pair of very evocative period models if built. Edited August 18, 2024 by Ace-Garageguy CLARITY
dino246gt Posted August 18, 2024 Posted August 18, 2024 I have one, here's all the parts, but I'll never build it, it's just cool to have. If you're like a lot of us, you should HAVE it, build it or not, it's cool! 1 1
Russell C Posted August 19, 2024 Posted August 19, 2024 For entertainment purposes (these are unobtanium for my poor man's budget) I bookmark the eBay auctions to see what the bidding gets up to. This one is ending at 12 noon on Wednesday: https://www.ebay.com/itm/375592051022
