Decal Lines

I purchased some custom decals.  The decal was printed on decal film that left outlines after it was applied. How can I get rid of these lines other that complete removal of the decal?

If the decals were printed on white decal paper with a background to match the color of the car those lines are the edge of the paper where it was cut . About all you can do is carefully paint the lines with a small brush .
