applying decals

alright i havent attempted to put on a decal in a few years, would anyone please be kind enough to refresh my memmory?

Are you serious?

Cut peice you want off the sheet, dip in water for a few seconds till it slides off easily, stick on desired spot, let dry!

I expect this is a protector sheet for the decals. Many manufactured are finally protecting the parts.
