Exhaust pipes are what keep me up at nights - making them out of metal presents this problem - annealing brass or nickel softens the material - but repeated bending and shaping causes the metal to “work harden” - and you can use solder to make a pipe - but solder doesn’t like glue - any glue - so …

I decided to see whether i can solder silver solder - that has a hi temp melting point - to something - in this case - a random peice of white metal - using lo temp solder ….  It worked …

How about lo temp soldering two pieces of solder together ?  Hell’s bells - it worked …

For instance on the 25 - you need to bond exhaust pipe ends and then bend them in and around the cylinder heads …. This is doable with lo temp solder wire and hi temp silver solder - away we go ….
