Looking for a nice, crisp Ford C-Series Sleeper Cab

Found one in resin, but it is... not what I'd hoped.  I'll spare the details, but knowing what is POSSIBLE in resin with great master makers, this fell short.

With the explosion of 3D I'm hoping that someone has taken it on to make a nice, well defined C-series Sleeper Cab for a planned Ford Drag Team build. 

Heck, if there are ANY cool bits for a C-Cab Ford, let them rip. I'm a C-Cab fan from my earliest days - I remember them well from our Dearborn neighborhood (Wednesdays?) in that municipal yellow with "Keep Dearborn Clean" and "$250 Fine For Littering" lettered neatly on the doors.

Too Many Projects has a very nice one, great quality, on Facebook. It would be nice to get a few extras for the C series, but I haven't seen anything else for this popular kit. Wider front fender extensions 1974+, front Super Duty script emblems, '57-'62 side emblems,  larger diameter steering wheel would be nice pieces.
