freightshaker2 Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Well i figured since I had an AMT Mercury inch had the start for the big bunk... I took the front panel because of the pleated paneling and cut it right straight across where the crawl-thru was.. sanded flush and then used the doors. Glued the back fast... it's close in comparison to the kenworth 63inch.. once everything dries and it's durable in a day or so I'll sand the roof smooth and shape the front corner .060 sheeting works pretty close for thickness of existing sleeper roof and walls. Here's what I got so far. 5
cifenet Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Interesting modification you are working on! Very convincing and good process so far~
Jimbo8v92 Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Thats a great idea and great job looks fsctory. Im still holding out for a AITM Mercury, but might end up doing something similar.
