I built this straight from the model king release of this kit I did swap out the kits headers with ones that I made from solder and aluminum tubing. Which was my first attempt at solder headers my skill set making them has definitely improved. I also shortened the injector stacks the body is painted with Testors Italian red lacquer . The front wheels are resin and the back wheels are from the AMT 62 bel air kit . The slicks are AMT parts pack . The modern rod cover is a great shot. Until next time thanks for looking. Looks great, always wanted to build one !      Do you display the magazines with your models?

Thanks it’s really a pretty nice basic kit just like the early funny cars were Unfortunately no I only have a 7’x8’ room which leaves very little room for display. Lucky for me I have some unclimate controlled space for unbuilt kits and box art collection.Really I’m just happy with that much, maybe down the road when I run out of kits to build I’ll add on a display area . Right now the road looks long
