What decal can this be?

Does this decal look familiar to anyone? The yellow circle one. I was thinking “drag news” but looking at the one I have, I don’t think it is. Any help is appreciated.

Just checked my decal pile. the Slixx Bill Jenkins 69  Camaro and 71 78 79 83 Camaro sheets have that decal.
