Resit parts for a AMT 67 Impala

My friend gave me another bag full of thrift store models and included were two ,67 Impalas,thinking about building one like my grandfather had which was a regular Impala and not a 427 SS so I am looking for a regular hood and hubcaps to rebuild one like his old car.

The AMT Supernatural '67 Impala 4 door kit has a stock hood as well as a standard grille and taillight panel (no SS badging).

However, I do not know if these parts swap directly with the earlier AMT '67 Impala SS kits, as I don't have the 4 door kit in the stash to check.

Not really wanting to buy another kit to get the parts but might see if I can modify the hood.

You could put an ad in Parts Wanted to see if anyone has a hood to swap. Canuck 3D has a stock '67 grille & front bench seat.

As you said, you can modify the kit hood. It's pretty straightforward, as the stock hood is basically flat.
