JerseeJerry55 Posted Thursday at 02:13 PM Posted Thursday at 02:13 PM Hello all. Hope you all are well. I have a Earnhardt Sr. paint question. For the Wheaties Orange car would this shade work for it? If so I obviously have to clear coat it since it's a satin finish. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Kind regards, JerseeJerry55
Horrorshow Posted Thursday at 02:54 PM Posted Thursday at 02:54 PM Tough to say, different color primers can change the shade. Suggest a couple plastic spoons and a few different primers to get the result you’re looking for.

There's also Testors One Coat Lacquer in Fiery Orange I am considering using as well.

As always any thoughts, suggestions are welcomed.
Shark Posted Thursday at 11:56 PM Posted Thursday at 11:56 PM To me, the first can has a little bit of a brown tint to it. Definitely think the second color is better. Get a box of Wheaties and spray some on it to see how close they are.
bigryan18 Posted yesterday at 09:04 AM Posted yesterday at 09:04 AM I used Chevy engine orange on my build
