Here is my 2002 Bill Elliott Dodge Intrepid with special Dodge Viper SRT-10 decals. I chose the Viper paint scheme because there were so few differences between Bill Elliott's 2001, 2002, and 2003 cars. I started with the Revell 2001 Intrepid (Bill Elliott) kit. I built it box stock because I knew the main challenge on this one would be the decals. They are made by JWTBM, and both the decals and the instructions were excellent.  The decals were numbered, and I simply applied them in order.  It took a good deal of micro sol and micro set to get the bigger decals to lay down over the contours and wrap around the body edges.  There were only a few decal tears. The base paint was "Dodge Red" (Duplicolor) but the decals had a much lighter shade, so when there was a gap with the base paint showing I had to mix up touch up paint to match the decals. This will look good on the shelf between his 2001 Dodge Intrepid and the model of his last win 2003 Intrepid. Before I launch into that project though I am going to finish off the Budweiser era with the 1993 Bud Thunderbird (almost identical to the 1992 and 1994 cars). Then I will do the 2003 last win car and wrap it all up with the 1985 car.

Thanks for looking!
