Falcon Ranchero Posted Friday at 06:21 PM Posted Friday at 06:21 PM Great show. Smaller than usual, but just as nice. Star of the show was a 1973 Chrysler Town and Country wagon... 2
Falcon Ranchero Posted Friday at 06:30 PM Author Posted Friday at 06:30 PM Ok, here it is, was able to talk to the owner when it parked. He had literally just got it so this must've been it's first public debut. He got it from some 91 year old guy who bought it new and basically kept it in his garage since '73. Has extremely low milage for a wagon, and a clean running 440. It's an original Soo car, having been sold out of Superior Chrysler delaership, which still sells Chryslers here today. Has original paint and absolutely immaculate original interior. He did have to fix a few things, but otherwise, this is it. 3
Mattblack Posted Friday at 08:28 PM Posted Friday at 08:28 PM Loving the '70's sat nav' on the dash of the Chrysler, haven't seen one of those in a while. 1 1
DJMar Posted yesterday at 02:48 AM Posted yesterday at 02:48 AM Lots of cool iron, and a bunch of sweet Ponchos too. But honestly, I'll take that '74 Olds 88 convertible and drive the wheels off, thank you. 1

It’s the blue ‘69 LeMans 1

It’s the blue ‘69 LeMans I didn't know, and that's a cool ride! Sprints are totally underrated and unappreciated because they're "only" a six, but what a six. The OHC Sprint was a sweet engine, and very unique now because they only made them for a few years. 1

Thanks. It actually isn’t a true Sprint; it has a 350. The stripe was added on because the guy who restored it (also the guy we bought it from) thought it was too blue what with the body colour bumpers so he added the stripe to break up the too blue theme of the car. But if I were to get a 6 cylinder car, it would totally have to be Pontiac OHC. I read about it in an issue of Collectible Automobile and it’s pretty neat. Plus the engine itself looks cool. 1
