Does Gravity Colors have a new U.S. vendor? Shipping to the U.S is becoming a real pain.

I haven't used Gravity Colors before and it may be your go to paint, but MCW is US based and is also doing enamels for those who prefer that.

No.  There are options in the USA for quality paints.  Since Gravity specializes in foreign brands (although some US manufacturers), try Scale FInishes or Splash Paints.  Either will also mix custom colors to a degree.  US brands add MCW to the mix.  Splash Paints has limited US colors and Scale Finishes quite a few. 

Have used all and work well.  Have ordered from all with no regrets.
