Several years ago I had big plans to build a 1/8th scale Harley. After hours of searching for reference photos I was able to come up with fairly accurate details and made this drawing to work from. I found out about half way through scratch building the engine that I just wasn't up to this big of a project. I'm still pretty proud of the finished drawing though.

That's pretty neat! Did you see this topic about 3D printed bike engines? The 1/6 scale is being discussed, but one great thing about printing things is you can make them whatever scale you need......... Looks like the builder selling them is scale_model_choppers on Instagram..........

I had been working on the 1/8 scale Revell Knucklehead and these 3D print engines make my attempts look like a child did them.
