This was kinda a slump buster type of build I saw the Chris Walsh decals on the eBay and added them cart . Then I clicked around and found a Sox&Martin 67 GTX kit nicely build for like around 20 bucks so I went to check out , and within a week Walla here it is . I masked off every thing except the sides and trunk and gave it a quick shot of Krylon white right over the red sides decals and all plus the blue deck lid strips. Once dry I applied the decals and swapping out the front wheels for some more accurate slots . That’s it . I’m aware the car should have a red hood scoop however I didn’t have the right shade to match the red side decals . This is a  car I didn’t know I wanted to build before I stumbled across these decals as usual Chris’s decals went on really nice a perfect fit . In the future I’ll have to go back and fix up the paint on the chassis and engine. I also need to remove the old Sox&Martin decals off the glass parts .Until then I’m calling it done .
until next thanks for lookingIMG_5721.jpeg.6c0c8999dc7843eaada998b844c1c0f1.jpegIMG_5722.jpeg.79f2e3e3ebb0159974906e58e929996e.jpegIMG_5723.jpeg.4485fe4be56fdbaaa1b4973e9db6d4ad.jpeg

Good job the model Michael!

The Fink brothers bought that Plymouth from Sox & Martin. It was the very same car that Ronnie drove in 1967.

Thanks for sharing the Sox & Martin link to this car I kind of thought it was the same car re-lettered and somewhere it was changed to a automatic it seems like this combo was still competitive well into the early 70’s

Cool build... That must have been quite the exercise in decal application!

Not bad at all the red side panels are one large decal and his stuff goes on really nice

Cool build, I recently saw those decals for sale and thought I’d get a set! After seeing your build I think I’ll be getting them sooner than I thought 👍🏻
