Coca Cola C 600 engine?

I was looking for engine photos for the Amt coca cola C 600 " Holiday Hauler" delivery truck. I've only found one photo. Can someone tell me what this engine is exactly?  Obviously it is a V8.  The valve covers I noticed are straight and plane with no cut outs or odd shapes. If I know what this motor is called I can look up better photos I'm hoping.

According to the box art, it's a 534 Super Duty V8.
